The STEP to Construction Program provides high school students with hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Since its launch, the program has engaged 28 participants with a 90% completion rate. To date, the program has created direct pathways into union jobs and has helped students develop essential trade skills. Beyond technical training, STEP also builds confidence and career readiness through mentorship and exposure to industry professionals.
