Odyssey Leadership Program: Our self-directed Odyssey Program introduces employees to leadership development through five core areas (Self-awareness, Environment, Results, Resources, and Change), encouraging individuals to define and strengthen their leadership style.
HiPo Program (Leading at Scale): EllisDon’s High Potential (“HiPo”) Program identifies emerging leaders and equips them with mentorship, experiences, and tools needed for senior roles. It emphasizes collaboration, innovative thinking, and leadership capability to support EllisDon’s long-term growth.
In October 2025, Cohort 1 successfully completed the HiPo Program, celebrating participants’ leadership achievements and commitment to continuous learning. Cohort 2 is underway, bringing together a new group of high potential employees to strengthen their skills and contribute to EllisDon’s future direction.
Competency-Based Learning Streams: Our Talent Development team offers two complementary learning streams:
EmpowerED: Focused on soft skills, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture, EmpowerED equips leaders at all levels with tools for team support, communication, diversity, and inclusion. Training includes in-person programs, e-learning (on topics like mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusive diversity), and development activities across the employee lifecycle.
SkillED: Focused on technical mastery, SkillED provides curated learning paths, onboarding roadmaps, and Development Profiles that guide career growth through practical experiences, self-assessment, and targeted training. With over 30 active profiles, employees gain resources to grow confidently in their roles.
Integrated Learning Ecosystem: Together, the Legacy Leadership Model, EmpowerED, and SkillED form a cohesive development ecosystem. Supported by a centralized Learning Hub, diverse modalities, and subject-matter expertise, EllisDon provides the roadmap, resources, and guidance employees need to succeed and lead with impact.
