Prioritizing Employee Health and Well-Being 

  • Comprehensive Wellness Leadership: EllisDon partners with a corporate medical director and health experts to strengthen wellness programs, enhance safety, and ensure employees have access to quality healthcare. This collaboration reinforces our culture of care and holistic well-being. 

  • Sustainable and Supportive Mobility: Through partnerships with values-aligned vendors like Cartus, our global mobility partner, we provide relocation services that prioritize sustainability, waste reduction, and energy efficiency. These programs ease transitions for employees and families while promoting environmentally responsible practices. 

  • Accessible Mental Health Support: In partnership with Greenshield+, employees and their families have access to counseling and wellness resources supporting mental, physical, and financial health. In 2025, employees used more than 1,570 hours of complimentary counseling, achieving a 24.5% improvement in clinical outcomes after three sessions. 

  • Education and Empowerment: To strengthen health and financial literacy, we hosted Total Rewards information sessions for over 1,100 employees in 2025. These sessions encouraged open dialogue between employees, leaders, and our Total Rewards team, building awareness and empowering individuals to prioritize their overall well-being
