Launched in 2024, the Indigenous Employee Circle (“IEC”) provides a safe and supportive space for employees with Indigenous ancestry to connect, share their experiences, and voice their perspectives about the workplace. In April 2025, IEC unveiled its logo (which was designed by an Indigenous employee at EllisDon), incorporating elements of the medicine wheel and symbolizing interconnectedness and inclusivity.  

This year, the IEC hosted two virtual sessions. The first, led by Noojimo Health, guided members on a personal journey to reconnect with their Indigenous identity and heritage. The second, delivered by EllisDon’s Talent Development team, focused on career growth for Indigenous employees, highlighting learning resources and EllisDon leadership development courses.
