The Thrive Youth Program continues to support underrepresented youth by providing mentorship, scholarships, and internship opportunities. To date, Thrive has impacted more than 200 participants, with 100 students engaging annually and a 75% program completion rate. Feedback from youth, parents, and community members has been overwhelmingly positive, underscoring the program’s role in building confidence and career pathways. 

In 2025, Thrive expanded beyond Toronto and York Region into Victoria, British Columbia. The Thrive BC pilot builds on the Toronto model, offering mentorship and skill-building opportunities to youth in a new regional context. This expansion demonstrates EllisDon’s commitment to scaling successful initiatives nationally and responding to the needs of diverse communities across Canada.
