EllisDon’s High School Career Expos connect more than 300 students and parents annually with opportunities in construction. These events provide direct exposure to technical and soft skills required for success in the trades, while also strengthening relationships with schools and community partners. Career Expos serve as an important recruitment and visibility tool, allowing EllisDon to engage students and families pre- and post-program through one-on-one support and industry networking.
